1. Who we are

3DzPrinting, a custom 3D printing service run by Sahhar Dhia Eddine, auto-entrepreneur (card no. 109511130532026134), Ain Benian, Algiers, Algeria. Contact: dhiakizaro@gmail.com, +213 558 12 48 17.

1. Quotes and orders

A quote shown on the site is valid for 7 days. The price depends on the file, material, colour, quantity and options chosen. Placing an order is a request to print. We check the file and confirm the order by email or phone. The contract is formed when we confirm it. We may decline an order, for example if the file cannot be printed or falls under section 5. You are then told why and pay nothing.

1. Prices and payment

Prices are in Algerian dinars (DZD). The amount shown at confirmation is the price of the print; delivery fees, when they apply, are shown separately. Pickup: you pay the full amount in cash when you collect the order. Courier delivery: a deposit of 1,000 DZD is paid by CCP or BaridiMob transfer before printing starts. It is deducted from the total. The balance is paid either in cash to the courier on delivery, or by CCP or BaridiMob transfer before shipping, as you choose. Payment details are sent with the order confirmation. No online card payment is taken on this site.

1. Production and delivery

The usual production time is 3 to 7 working days from confirmation (from receipt of the deposit for courier orders). This is an estimate, not a guarantee; we tell you if an order will be late. Pickup: we tell you when the order is ready, at Ain Benian, Algiers. An order not collected within 15 days of that message, after a reminder, is considered abandoned and may be recycled. Courier: orders are shipped with Yalidine or ZR Express to the address you give. Delivery times are the courier's. The goods are yours once paid in full; the risk passes to you on delivery. If a courier order is refused or not collected from the courier, the deposit is kept to cover delivery and return costs.

1. Your files

By uploading a file you confirm that you have the right to have it printed and that it does not infringe anyone's copyright, trademark or design. We refuse to print: weapons and weapon parts (including replicas that could be mistaken for real ones); sexual content; offensive or hateful content; copyrighted or trademarked designs you have no rights to; and anything illegal in Algeria. Files are used only to quote and print your order.

1. Cancellations, defects and complaints

You may cancel free of charge until printing starts. The deposit, if paid, is then refunded in full. Once printing has started, the order is made to your specification and can no longer be cancelled. Check your order on pickup or delivery. A defective print, or one that does not match the confirmed order, must be reported within 4 days of receipt, with photos, to the contact details above. We then reprint it or refund it. Normal features of 3D printing (visible layer lines, small marks where supports were removed, slight colour differences between batches) are not defects. This does not limit any right you have under Algerian law.

1. Liability

Prints are not certified for food contact, medical use, or load-bearing or safety-critical use. Do not use them for these purposes. When you supply the design, its fit, strength and function are your responsibility; we are responsible for printing it as confirmed.

1. Law and disputes

These terms are governed by Algerian law. If there is a problem, contact us first: we try to settle it amicably within 30 days. If that fails, the dispute goes to the competent court of the place where 3DzPrinting is based (Algiers).

1. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. Each published version has a version number and a date, and each order records the version you accepted; that version applies to your order.
