Privacy policy
Version 3 · Published October 11, 2026 · In force from October 11, 2026
- Who is responsible
3DzPrinting, run by Sahhar Dhia Eddine, auto-entrepreneur (card no. 109511130532026134), Ain Benian, Algiers, Algeria. For anything about your personal data: dhiakizaro@gmail.com, +213 558 12 48 17.
This policy follows Law No. 18-07 of 10 June 2018 on the protection of natural persons in the processing of personal data.
- What we collect
Orders: your name, email address, phone number, delivery address (wilaya, commune, street) and notes, the quote, and the files you upload. Accounts (optional): your email address, name, a password hash (never the password itself) or a link to your Google sign-in, saved addresses and option presets, and your email preferences. Messages you send us about an order, with any photos you attach (for example when reporting a defect). Emails we send you (order confirmation, updates, invoices). Security data: your IP address is never stored as is; we keep only a scrambled form (hash) to limit abuse and lock out repeated failed logins. A signed-in session also records your browser type. We do not collect payment card details: payments are made in cash, by CCP or by BaridiMob, outside this site.
- Why we use it
To quote, print, deliver and invoice your order, and to contact you about it. This is needed to carry out the order you asked for. To run your account, if you create one. This is based on your consent when you register. To protect the site against abuse and fraud. We do not sell your data, do not use it for advertising and do not send newsletters without your consent.
- Who receives it
Delivery companies (Yalidine or ZR Express), for courier orders only: your name, phone number and delivery address. Resend (Resend, Inc.), which sends our emails from servers in Ireland: the email address, subject and content of the emails we send you pass through it. Google, because our mailbox is a Gmail account: your replies and messages to us, and our copies of order emails, are stored there. If you choose "Sign in with Google", Google also shares your name and email address with us. Contabo GmbH, which rents us the server the site runs on, in a data centre in Germany. Your files and order details are stored there and in our backup copies; Contabo provides the machine and does not use your data. Nobody else. The server in Germany, Resend and Google mean your data is processed outside Algeria.
- How long we keep it
Uploaded files not used in an order are deleted after 24 hours. Orders: your name, contact details, address, messages, photos and files are deleted 90 days after the order is finished or cancelled. The order number, amounts and dates are kept, without your identity, for our accounts. Accounts: kept until you delete them. An account whose email address is never confirmed is deleted after 30 days. Sign-in sessions end after 7 days, or after 12 hours without activity. Backups are overwritten over time; deleted data disappears from them as the older copies are replaced.
- Your rights
Under Law 18-07 you have the right to be informed, and the rights to access, correct and object to the processing of your data, and to have it deleted.
From Your account → Your data, you can download a copy of your data or delete your account yourself. For anything else, or if you ordered without an account, write to dhiakizaro@gmail.com. We reply within 30 days. You can also complain to the National Authority for the Protection of Personal Data (ANPDP).
- Cookies and local storage
This site uses only its own storage and no tracking or advertising cookies.
pq_customer (cookie, only after you sign in): keeps you signed in. pq_lang (cookie): remembers the language you chose. pq_notice (cookie): remembers that you have read the cookie notice. pq-theme (local storage): remembers light or dark display. pq-lang (local storage): remembers the language you chose. Your cart and the secret keys of your quotes are kept in the browser tab (session storage), and your placed orders are listed in local storage on this device so that you can come back to them. A service worker keeps a copy of the public shop pages for offline viewing. It never stores your account or order pages.
- Changes to this policy
We may update this policy. Each published version has a number and a date, shown on this page. Important changes are announced on the site.
